Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to training courses provided by Promax for Training and Consulting FZE (Licence No. 4431815.01, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone) and booked through kpisadvisory.com, WhatsApp or our team.

1. Cancellation by the participant

• 7 days or more before the course start date: full refund of the course fee.
• Less than 7 days before the start date: 50% refund, or a free transfer to a later session of the same course.
• After the course has started, or no-show: no refund. You may transfer once to a later session of the same course, subject to availability.
• You may send a colleague in your place at no extra cost if you tell us before the course starts.

2. Cancellation or change by ProMax

If we cancel or postpone a course, you can choose a full refund or a place on the new date. We are not responsible for travel or other costs you incur.

3. Corporate and in-house programmes

Cancellation terms for in-house programmes and corporate bookings are set out in the proposal or agreement for that programme.

4. Digital resources

Free downloadable resources are provided as they are and are not refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email osama@kpisadvisory.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 893 1117 with your name, course and invoice number. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 working days; the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
