1. Who we are

This website, kpisadvisory.com, is operated by KPIs Advisory Group and its affiliated entities in the United Arab Emirates ("KPIs", "we", "us"). Training courses and compliance consulting are provided by Promax for Training and Consulting FZE, a Free Zone Establishment licensed by Sharjah Publishing City - Free Zone Authority (Licence No. 4431815.01), Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE ("ProMax"). Each service is provided by the licensed entity named in the proposal, engagement letter or invoice you receive.

By using this website or purchasing our services you agree to these Terms.

2. Information on this website

Articles, checklists and other content on this website are for general information only. They are not legal, tax or financial advice for your specific situation and may not reflect the latest changes in law. You should obtain professional advice before acting on any information. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of general content on this website.

3. Professional services

Accounting, tax, advisory and compliance services are provided under a written proposal or engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees and responsibilities. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the engagement letter prevails. Audit opinions, where offered, are issued and signed by independent licensed audit firms we partner with.

4. Training courses

• Course details, dates, delivery format and fees are confirmed in writing when you register.
• A place is reserved once the registration is confirmed and payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing for corporate clients.
• We may change the trainer, venue or online platform, or adjust the schedule for reasons outside our control. We will inform you as early as possible.
• Cancellations, transfers and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Course materials are for the participant's own use and may not be copied, recorded, shared or resold without our written permission.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) in the quotation or invoice. Applicable taxes are added where required by law. Online card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details. Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, checklists and course materials, belongs to KPIs or ProMax or is used under licence. You may download free resources for your own internal business use, but may not republish or sell them.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites, such as government portals or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. Disputes will be referred to the competent courts of Sharjah, unless an engagement letter provides otherwise.
